RAMQ
Aid programs — The aid programs managed by RAMQ include financial assistance or technical assistance such as the provision of a prosthesis. Certain services or prescription drugs are available free of charge. Each program has its own eligibility criteria and specific procedure.
- Hearing Aids and Assisted hearing devices
- Visual Aids
- Ocular prostheses or artificial eyes
- Devices that compensate for a physical deficiency: The program covers the cost of purchase, replacement and repair of certain technical aids. These aids compensate for a person's motor deficiency. They include various types of orthoses, prostheses, walking aids, locomotor assists, posture assists and standing aids.
- Domestic help (Financial Assistance Program for Domestic Help Services allows you to benefit from a reduction in the hourly rate charged for domestic help services by social economy businesses. These services include housekeeping work, laundering, meal preparation and accompanying you when shopping.)
